Creating a vegetable garden is much more than just planting seeds; it is a practice that connects us with nature and the beauty that is reflected in the food we eat. A kitchen garden combines art and food in ways that enhance the experience of growing and preparing food.
I’ll be teaching a 3 day garden workshop at Kripalu, located in the Berkshires from March 23- March 25th
Join me and we’ll journey from basic backyard vegetable patch to an elegant, European-inspired kitchen garden. You will start with simple design techniques that allow you to create a unique kitchen garden that matches your own landscape, or renovate your current garden to make it more inviting.
I will teach a demo style cooking class, and we’ll explore tasty ways to cook your garden fresh ingredients. Yoga sessions included to stretch and prepare your body for the spring garden season.
